I work here currently. Little training. Give you 2 chances b4 removing you from a service whether you were properly trained or not. Terrible communication. They never answer the emergency employee line, and blame the new employee for wrong things wjen THEY WEREN’T TRAINED RIGHT.

Great company to work for. Just seeing the lovely ladies at the office with their warm and inviting smiles would make anyones day that much better. I know that the company wants to and tries to provide the best cleaning services possible. Give them a try. Maybe they can help you with some of your Big To-Dos .Recently changed ownership and also their name to Office Pride.

These people are bogus don’t ever work for them the took my pay rate from 15 a hour to 7.25 because I didn’t give my 2 weeks but my friend on the other hand did put her 2 weeks in and they called her on Saturday and told her that Saturday was her last day it wasn’t even 2 weeks and they took her from 15 to 7.25 a hour they make u sign a paper sayin that if u quit before 90 days or whatever they take all of ur money so if I was u I won’t even do it I have call lawyers and all and they all said that it isn’t legal for them to do that so im fighting for my money and on top of that im losing my place because they took all my money

Not a great company to work for, I’ve read a lot of the reviews for ASC and I have to agree with the ones that say they are a bad company. I wish I had looked here before applying. First off they gave us only 2 days of training, I get that it’s a cleaning company but for how picky the company and client are they needed to provide us with more training. They constantly told us our work wasn’t good enough and picked things that we cleaned and say they weren’t done right. Also forget about asking them to come down to show what you miss or did wrong, they will tell you “okay we’ll send someone down tomorrow night.” But The never do. They brought another person in to help us gave her a night and a few hours of training then just dropped her on us. Two people who didn’t know how to fix the complaints and now had to train.. wow great supervisor. Don’t apply here.
