I have been with Jan-Pro for almost a year and I enjoy coming to work. It is a great environment to work in and my coworkers are good to work with. I enjoy being rewarded by being taken to sport events and outings. If you want to work at Jan-Pro I highly recommend it.

Jan-Pro has offered an excellent experience for us to this point. I had originally been looking to start up my franchise and had narrowed my choices to three. Because I work six days per week, they had been very accommodating to my schedule and took as much time as I had needed to allow me to make an informed decision. I was offered multiple points of entry with plans of varying costs. I opted for a plan that was more middle of the road. What was nice was knowing that the cost of entry does not negatively affect your rate of growth. The training was very insightful and incredibly helpful covering the basics of cleaning as well as the basics of running a business. We were also given the opportunity during training to apply what we learned in class to cleaning that day to get used to the process. Once in the field, we were accompanied on our initial clean and coached through the process and given additional tips to look out for and general guidance. Jan-Pro has had excellent customer service and responds back to us quickly any time we have any questions and has all around been a great group of people to partner with. I am excited to continue to grow my cleaning portfolio with this organization.

As a child care Director health and safety is priority. Please find someone else to clean efficiently. The companies that Janpro subcontract do not clean adequately. No matter how many times you’ve expressed your concerns, the same issue is present. Time after time the same issues persists. Then if you complain the subcontractors send pictures to Jan pro that are not current. We had paint, floors and other things done and I sent in my pictures due to the lack of cleaning just for the cleaner to send OLD pictures of my center to “prove” that she cleaned. When we spoke to the cleaner she stated how she has plenty other buildings and cleans well. Also, Jan pro employees have quit because of their subpar leadership. PLEASE RUN AWAY!!!

Similar to other annoying spammers they bombard you with solicitations. They do not go away even if you are not interested. They are truly a nuisance.

JAN-PRO has been cleaning my company’s showroom in the Merchandise Mart for quite a few years now and they do a wonderful job! Even if you ask them to work on a specific area (fingerprints on the walls, focus on the windows, etc.) they will get the job done and do it well.
