There was no clear idea of what we were going to be charged for a cleaning. We have short term rentals, and we need someone to be there on time to clean before the next guests come. The cleaners from Sharp and Clean would show up well over an hour late, so we would have to just go clean ourselves. This caused a lot of undue stress for us, because we didn’t feel like we could depend on them to show up. They would say that more cleaners would be coming, but only one person would show up, and we would be charged for three cleaners. There wasn’t enough time or people to get the cleaning done, so on several occasions, we would have to go and do hours of additional cleaning because it wasn’t ever fully cleaned. We provided feedback about our concerns, and we never received a response. Don’t waste your time. I rarely write reviews, but I am tired of paying for a service that you never actually get.

We paid them $300 to clean our apartment for inspections at Bengal Creek and they never showed up talking to some other residents at Bengal Creek this seems like a common occurrence . Sad That a local company Is taking advantage of broke college students. Update the owner Doug reached out to me and told me we all would get a refund and that they would also clean the apartment for us. This was on August first. Today is August 16th and move in for out apartment is on the 17th. I was the only one who got a refund in my apartment and talking with the office it sounds like they never showed up to any of the apartments that the skipped back in may including ours. He told me he would never take advantage of college students but that is untrue.

In May they were paid to clean our apartment, they never showed. We reached out to Doug about this and he claimed that it would be done by the end of the summer, we now have new roommates moving in tomorrow and it has not been done, I am very disappointed in Sharp and Clean.

I recently hired Sharp & Clean to do a weekly cleaning at my house. Isabel does a great job, reliable and attentive. I now don’t have to spend so much time cleaning after working all day. I highly recommend this company.

I had the opportunity to work with them over the Christmas break, and it was awesome. They treat people the right way and the pay $ is competitive in comparison to others cleaning companies.
