During an extremely troublesome life event, Bio One was a partner we did not expect to have. Everyone we interacted with was fantastic! Considering what mess and chaos BioOne walked into, what they accomplished is utterly amazing and unbelievable. I cannot say enough good about everyone we dealt with: – Becca from the start was so kind and transparent; – Frank, Slade, Tim , and Brian were meticulous and understanding; – Anyone we dealt with, for however short a time, were just nice people. They worked tirelessly, and always kept us informed of progress and the condition of job. During a very traumatic time, Bio One was a pillar of strength, a company performing a filthy job at a level of professionalism that was amazing. I am so very thankful for this company every day. Would recommend Bio One to anyone in need of this service. You will not find a more kinder, more professional, easier team to work with.

I struggle for words when trying to explain how amazing my experience with Bio-One has been. Between anxiety, ADHD, and multiple traumas, the least of which included COVID, my place got completely out of hand and overwhelming. From the initial estimate meeting with GM Brian to the actual day of with Easton, Tim, and Nicole (and Brian even rearranged his schedule to make sure he could stop by for a period of time too!) the whole experience has been wonderful. They helped me remove junk that overtook my space, and I will also be working with them to do a deep clean to completely restore my home back to normal. The whole team was caring and supportive, and throughout the day, we had enjoyable conversations that helped make a situation that I felt very shameful about feel so much less awkward. They made sure to check with me about potentially special items before getting rid of them too, which meant the world to me. I can’t speak highly enough about their professionalism and kindness. Frank and his crew are truly incredible. On-site early, worked hard for 4 hours, and did the job RIGHT. I trust them 200% to service my home properly and professionally. They absolutely go the extra mile without even mentioning it. Their products are safe and organic. I recommend them highly!!

I sincerely can not find enough words to properly express how well our family was treated by the Bio One team. Everyone that we have dealt with has been both professional and compassionate. This includes everyone in the front office to the technicians that actually performed the work. I would also like to add that there was a common component of being timely, transparent, consistent and discreet throughout the entire process from the first call until completion of the project. Bio-One completed an entire clean out and interior demolition of an apartment unit where there had been hoarding. This level of hoarding was like nothing I’ve ever seen before. The quickly came in and completed the work in only a few days. The end results was better than expected and within budget. I will certainly use them again in the future.
