Kitchen and Granite Place, Inc a month agoWe chose Kitchen and Granite Place for our complete home renovation project, and we are happy for it! From our initial meetings with Marcello L, we knew that communication would be key for this multi-month endeavor. We spent a lot of time planning, checked in daily/weekly, and coordinated with other vendors where appropriate to get the job done right. — Working with Omar and the crew was a great. They were friendly and professional throughout each phase of the project (removal, preparation, and finish) working tirelessly and efficiently offering good ideas when adjustments were needed. In addition to their excellent work with the electricals, plumbing, walls, floors, vanities, and cabinets, they installed our “purchased” items, i.e. chandeliers, kitchen/bath fixtures, appliances, and ceiling fans with care. Eleven C’s Financially Responsible Officer is Barry Shapiro and our Qualifier is Philip Konietzko, we are registered with the State of Florida. This information has been on our website for years. Phil and I run the company together, to date we have completed and been paid for projects as large as 3.8M verifiable. Almost all of our work is referral. We have worked for famous baseball Players, a high level executive at a major US airline, immediate family members of famous tennis stars and also a retired football celebrity amongst our amazing list of clients who we have enjoyed working with since 2011. We remain friendly with our clients and don’t ask them to go on Google to review us. The other side of our business involves homeowner associations and multi-family renovation. We are pretty sure we know who wrote this g-d awful review about us and all we can say is we are sorry your board did not select the contractor you introduced to them while you were a board member. In addition, in addressing your claim of being “nickel and dimed, please present any paid Eleven C invoice and a cancelled bank draft that will show proof of this. Further, in addressing your claim of “Barry Shapiro” being a single employee, we will be happy to provide years of payroll records at any time that will confirm Eleven C employs many carpenters.
