The Steri-Clean crew was phenomenal. They couldn’t have worked harder on a sweltering, 90-degree day in Brooklyn to sanitize and organize our basement after a rodent infestation. Their office was responsive from the first call and they worked hard to align with our schedule for the work. They were careful and thorough as they sorted through our possessions. We’re very grateful for all that they did!!

Recently, Steri-Clean of Stamford unpacked two huge storage units that had been sitting untouched for quite some time. From the moment I contacted them until the final box was unpacked, I was thoroughly impressed with their outstanding professionalism, efficiency, and trustworthiness. They were patient, friendly, and displayed a high-level of knowledge and expertise. The team worked diligently and swiftly, ensuring that the process was completed well within the estimated time frame. Their organizational skills were commendable, and throughout the entire process, the team maintained open and transparent communication. Saying that this company is absolutely horrible is an understatement. They were late, did nothing but spray bleach on the ceiling and windows and didn’t even wipe it off. When we called the owner, he refused to meet us at the house or even discuss over the phone. What he did do was threaten us with a lien on the house if we didn’t pay the balance. Doesn’t even deserve one star but that’s the only option. Shame on you Steri-Clean!! To add to my post, now you’re telling me I was never a customer, I suggest you check your records from December. A good businessman would own up to his mistakes, and acknowledge the lack of effort that was put in to the job they were PAID to do. You have our phone number, I would be glad to have a conversation with you about the money you owe to me.

NEVER EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY! This company made more problems in my house then I can explain!. But the worst part is that they were not willing to make good on their contract. I never had a more horrifying experience!
