Found out they don’t actually clean anything. They just hire other cleaning services to do the cleaning and take advantage of them. Only giving them a percentage of what the account actually pays. The cleaning companies. They usually find, have no experience And no cleaning equipment such as buffers. We ended up having to buy the cleaning crew one because they didn’t have hardly any cleaning equipment. You would think if there were a cleaning service, they would have the equipment they needed to complete the job. And when the cleaning service quits, then you don’t have anybody to clean. Until keep people find a new contractor to clean your account. I think it is very dishonest how they do not tell you that they are using contractors.

The Key People sends us tons of email spam. Any company that engages in unethical marketing practices is not someone we would want accessing our offices. Stop spamming us Leslie.

They stopped upholding their contract. They still accepted payments and when contacted, they would lie and promise that they would restart immediately, but that’s been months and months of back and forth. Interestingly, they still do the rest of the building, but simply stopped services for our suite and have refused to come back.

The floors were dirty, trash can put in my chair and left there with no trash bag. Then asked us for more money, when they didn’t even perform the services that we did pay them for. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

We’ve been thrilled with Renato and Leslie at The Key People! Leslie has replied quickly to all questions and changes we’ve needed, and worked with us to put together a package that fit our company best. Renato has done a fantastic job; our building looks fantastic. His communication is also top notch, and I was pleasantly surprised when I requested something receive a little more attention and he stopped by later that day to see exactly what I was referring to. For our coworking space that has constantly shifting needs, they’ve been flexible, professional, and patient. Thank you!

I worked for this company and the sales rep are awful, they promise you an account before 60 day and no one gets a hold of you until 5 days before the the grace period, and its a ridicules the accounts that they offer, pays you nothing , 45 miles from your house and its just on the weekend, That way they dont have to return your money you’ve paid to get on board with them. Yeah they have good crew but its not the key people it is the people that tries to make a leaving and work hard for their money. If you are thinking to start your own company stay away from the Key People they are slave driving people!!!!! Watch out!!!!
