Vista Construction Co 2 months agoSteve does not control the quality of work being done by his subcontractors! Some of the work performed was substandard at best. Steve is a great salesman, but lacks the followup needed to ensure a job is completed properly.

Teichert Construction 3 weeks agoToday at 4:22pm and at 4:55 pm 2 of your workers on separate occasions pissed out of their vehicles in front of our house. I do not know if you provide facilities in the form of port-a-johns but this is absolutely unacceptable. They were on camera and I am curious to see if the city approves of their contractors behavior. K thanks.

Serrano Kitchen & Bath 8 months agoWe had Tom and his crew do our entire renovation. Tom was an all inclusive contractor who handled every single little request we had and didn’t make it a headache or a constant back and forth. He understood our questions and concerns and always addressed them while doing the work. Tom’s guys are all great to have around and easy to talk to as well, they all communicate to each other. At no point did we feel anything but like he was doing a job for a friend not just a customer. We renovated the entire home, plumbing, and electrical. We had a complex steel beam to put in and Tom had it done quickly and without issues. He provided on the spot design question help and would always tell us what he would do if it were his house when we were unsure. He didn’t slam us with change orders when we had little add ons, and his overall rate and cost were beyond reasonable for the quality of work he and his guys do. On top of that, he helped us build relationships with some of his own vendors and sources which have helped us in the long run. He has come back to help us whenever we asked and never made it a painful process. You can see in the photos posted he took our original house to one we can’t even think about moving out of. Tom and his crew had our entire house done in less than 6 months.

serenity remodeling 2 years agoThis company is using web-site content that has been plagiarized from our company website, Next Stage Design + Build in San Jose, CA. After contacting the owner via phone and e-mail, there has been no response and the content remains. This is deceptive and unethical. Update on 5/31: Happy to take this review down once the issue is resolved and the duplicated content is removed. Two other companies must have used the same web-site developer and both were very responsive to our outreach and removed the copied content versus making excuses for three weeks.
