Type Five 2 months agoI am thrilled with my new ADU/ art studio designed and built by the team at Type Five. Aleksis was great to work with; he quickly understood what I wanted in my space. He made great suggestions (and was open to my suggestions too) on what would make it functional as a working studio while still having beautiful design touches. The delays in getting started were on the city side (permitting); once the project was underway the work went smoothly and everyone was super to have around. Big thanks to Tobin who did a lot of hands on finish work on site. It’s a joy to go into my studio every day! I highly recommend them!

RiveRock Remodeling 7 months agoHUGE shout out to the gentlemen who came out and worked tremendously hard to give a beautiful new roof on both our house and garage. They did an amazing job with the work and the clean up. Sam and his team in RiverRock Remodeling Berkeley CA were amazing start to finish! What we thought would take 3 days, took a day and a half. The office staff was also very helpful and friendly and did a great job communicating with us. I cannot recommend this organization enough!

The fireplace burns more efficiently now, and we no longer have issues with excessive soot and ash buildup, ensuring a cleaner, safer environment for our home.

Remodeling Heroes 2 months agoWe recently renovated our shower, replacing the tile and glass doors, and we couldn’t be happier with the level of craftsmanship and the speed at which the job was finished. I was really amiable and supportive throughout the whole procedure. Additionally, the office personnel is incredibly kind and accommodating. Strongly advised.
