This company broke a major piece of our equipment and refused to pay for it. Had it all on camera, owner refused to pay for the repair. Very unethical company. The owner of southwest only waived the invoice for the cleaning to take responsibility of breaking the piece of equipment, he then try’s to increase his quarterly service when he had to own up to them breaking our equipment, it didn’t even cover half the repair cost to fix what they broke. You see in his response that they admit to messing with the knob when they shouldn’t be touching any pieces of equipment back there. We welcomed the owner to come in and view video, he is the one who went silent.

Great upgrade from my last hood company! Good communication, picture reports, the owner came out personally and evaluated my equipment! We ended up having exposed wiring the previous company didn’t tell us about.

Great service, I speak directly to the owner, Dave. He always comes through even on short notice and he’s very reasonably priced. Hoods, vents, fans and power washes the floors.
