NOT HAPPY!! 😤 I called them on a Sunday morning and luckily they were open. Needed an emergency spot cleaning but unfortunately they didn’t have any available appointments for that day. Spoke to Ana and she stated they would be open Monday (Memorial Day) and they had 2 morning openings; window from 8-10am or window 9-11am. Stated tech would contact me 30mins prior to arrival. I waited til 10:30am and still no call from tech. Called the office and Ana answered. She stated she didn’t know what happened and she would call the tech and call me right back! I waited til 11:30 and still no call back. Tried to call the office … again, and again, and again, only to find my number had been blocked. Had my husband call from his phone and he was able to get through to the main menu but after selecting the proper option, it just rang and rang and then went to VM. VERY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY FOR A 1st TIME CUSTOMER!!

Called to ask about oriental rug cleaning. Was happy with their answers – scheduled a pick up – They called (before the arranged time) to tell me their truck broke down and they needed to reschedule – Rescheduled for Sunday between 1 and 3 pm -they never called and never showed. I will be bringing my business elsewhere

Fantastic job! The tech came on time, you can tell that he’s really experienced, he knew what to do and even help me with other stuffs. Really friendly and polite. My money was well-spent with Loudoun Carpet & Rug Cleaning. It’s worth it!
