Onestop Kitchen Bath-Warrenton a month agoI find it is most helpful in reviews to describe how service is provided when things do not go wonderfully and smoothly like a well-oiled machine. When I first went to the showroom, I explained that we wanted our install to occur before we left on an extended trip. We started with a complex design estimated by the sales rep. This turned out too much for our budget and we worked to revise the plan by substituting and eliminating elements. We settled on a drop-in sink, faucet, disposer and no granite work. When it was time to schedule, Aubrey, the OneStop project manager struggled to find a plumber available to meet our deadline and he was searching evenings and over the weekend. In short the plumber he found was excellent and completed the entire job in about 6 hours. OneStop and I then had to work out the pricing after-the-fact as the job came together and was completed before a revised estimate was given. Both Aubrey and Dean at OneStop were very reasonable and we quickly resolved the pricing to everyone’s agreement. Not the recommended approach, but they met my deadline at an agreeable price. I would definitely use this professional team again.

J D Eicher Builder Inc a month agoBest builder in town, JD Eicher built my home 23 years ago, and it has NEVER crumbled, leaked etc… top notch quality construction, highly recommend.
