Thank you SO much for the miracle cleaning work, Medina Carpet Cleaning! We had an unbearable smell in our vehicle, due to a bag of frozen fish filets and water that had thawed into our carpeting. It was terrible! Another Medina carpet business told me they would not even attempt the job because it could not be helped, but Jerry with Medina Carpet Cleaning told me he would do everything he could to help us out. And he did. He worked after hours and multiple days. He responded quickly and kindly (and optimistically). I appreciate his work ethic and customer service, and Medina Carpet Cleaning removed the terrible stench from our vehicle. I cannot thank you enough!

Very highly recommend. Someone spilled a brown cola on our cream carpet. My small carpet cleaner didn’t even come close to getting it out and I seriously thought we might have to replace it — all 500 square feet of it, since the carpet has a pattern and is now discontinued. But Gerry, the owner — not some hourly guy who doesn’t know what he’s doing — worked his magic and now our carpet looks new again! He was friendly, great at communicating and very thorough. Will definitely use Medina Carpet Cleaning again.

I just called on New Years Eve 2021 and on the following Wednesday (yesterday) my carpet was clean and looks great. I had rented a rug doctor the day before my call and that was NOT very successful. No doubt I will avoid the ‘doctor’ from now on and only call Medina carpet👍 …

Answered the phone on a Saturday (outside of normal listed business hours), explained to Jerry that we needed carpets cleaned before our furniture arrived on Thursday and he set us up for carpet cleaning service for that Monday. Impressive!! Jerry upheld great communication, he was on time and did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. We will definitely have him back here for future cleanings. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
