Josh and his team are great to work with. I had water in my basement and they came out right away when I called!!! They came out and took care of my problems. Another company came out and wanted to create work, to make money!! Josh and Angel are honest people and they said, we don’t need to do that. Saving me a ton of money. Recently my friend’s basement was flooded and Josh had a crew in the next day to move furniture and dry out the basement! I don’t write reviews unless individuals go above and beyond. Josh and his team are great! I would highly recommend Fresh Start Cleaning & Restoration!!!

Anthony and Angel at Fresh Start were extremely helpful and thorough in cleaning out my dryer exhaust that was clogged and is positioned in a very tricky configuration through the house and to the roof.

Less than satisfied! I gave the cleaners a large to do list, but for $400 the ONE cleaner did about 20% of the list and attempted a few more but all needed to be finished by us. I wish I just would have saved the $400 and done it myself.

For $50/hour. These cleaners did $10/hour work. Cleaned each area to a “good enough” or “that looks like I tried” level. The duct cleaning seemed to be good, but who knows, that’s a lot harder to check their work.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I paid them to clean out the dryer vent, clean the basement walls and basement floor. They came out three times and still didn’t do the job correctly. After the third time I was told they would send me a refund and they never did. I called to complain about the poor work they were doing and the person on the phone had the audacity to complain about losing money because they had to send people out more than once. All pictures are from after they “cleaned”.

Angel stopped by and absolutely would not give up until he found a dryer brush that I had lost while cleaning the ducts myself. I felt like somebody in that position could have shrugged my issue off but he did not. I was really impressed with the work.

We had Anthony come out and clean the dryer vent. He was friendly, professional and very quick and efficient. He even showed my daughter what he was doing and explained the process. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs services.

Absolutely fabulous to work with. I was in Florida when I needed this done and and they handled it as well as I could have hoped for and seemless from the first call to completion. Their rates were good, he kept me posted as to the costs and compared to the other 6 or 7 calls I made I am very happy I picked Fresh Start Cleaning. FYI…. I already paid so I am not getting a discount or anything for this review. They really were that darn good.
