Crystal Cleanz is immaculate and very professional! She arrived promptly at the scheduled time. My home was decluttered, reorganized and very well cleaned and maintenances! I highly recommend that any one looking for cleaning services contacts this company. Pricing is very affordable and Crystal is very friendly and dedicated to her customers satisfaction.

After scheduling a move out clean they never showed up and tried to blame me for not knowing the appointment wasnt scheduled in the system completely. They were very unprofessional and rude about handling it. I had to find other services very last minute.

In general, it is a trustworthy company with reasonable price and a diligent owner. We had an urgent cleaning job for our warehouse on Sunday. We found there is only this service company shows open on Google Map. And the reviews looks good. So we called this company with a bit of uncertainty, if they are not picking up – still as expected, who really works on Sunday, right? But surprisingly they picked up the phone after a few beeps. Even more surprisingly, after a few minutes on the phone explaining what we need and we prefer to have someone come the same day, they said they’ll try work it out for us. About half hour later, they called us back and they said they’ll send someone over within 3 hours. Yes, 3 hours later we saw 2 workers and the company owner came together. Only 2 hours, they’ve cleaned our warehouse, the job is done, not bad at all. It was a Sunday full of surprises.

After going through several cleaning companies, I have to say that Crystal Cleaning Services is by far the best one. They currently clean our offices and their level of quality is outstanding. Their crew is never late, the communication level is high, and their prices are very competitive. Several members of our staff have asked Crystal Cleaning Services to clean their homes, including myself. I would strongly recommend this cleaning company to all my friends and family.
