I use Krystal Clean Services not only for their cleaning but the handyman portion of their business as well at many properties I oversee. I’ve shopped local and used many different vendors locally and this is one of them that will squeeze you in on a pinch and make sure you are taken care of. I appreciate Brad and his team more than I can put into words. He’s made sure that my properties are made a priority anytime I needed something. 5/5 Recommend.

Owner ran me off the road because she was on her phone and the guy who took the complaint call was rude and pissy. Asked for the supervisor’s number and he told me to “pull up next to her then” and hung up the phone. I would’ve been as cordial as possible had he been professional and taken my number, but business owner(s) that can’t even do that probably aren’t running a great business. Left a Facebook post and haven’t heard a response from whoever’s running the joint (again, not very professional).
