For the last two years I’ve use this company once a year to help deep clean before the holidays. I made an appointment for this year and the Friday before she wanted to give me a quote it came back at $400 and it would take her two day. I let her know last year it was $150 and took them 4 hour. After texting back and forth I found her very unprofessional and will find someone else. Are there new owners of this company?

Honestly at first I was thrilled to have them as a cleaning service. Ashley is amazing at what she does hands down. However it’s like beating your head against the wall to make an appointment with the owner. She rarely responds to a message and when she does it’s mostly a one word answer then when you ask her when you can get scheduled she won’t respond. It doesn’t matter if you reach out during their business hours on a weekday and I’m so fed up with it I’m going with another cleaning service.

I used Cleaning Fairy for several months. Most of the cleaners did a pretty good job. Then they started showing up late and not showing up at all. Never apologetic and very unprofessional. Definitely not a good service to a loyal customer.
