Quote “They couldn’t clean the bathroom very thoroughly due to there being no running water in there.” Just to make you aware, I didn’t understand the statement that when they cleaned the property at ??? they weren’t able to clean the bathroom very well due to a lack of water in there. They weren’t able to get water from the kitchen to do the cleaning? Also they disconnected the WiFi from its power source and turned the thermostat fan to the on position and left it running when they left which increased the electric bill considerably and caused the system to overheat and blow the breaker which in turn caused the A/C to shut down. Also when they left the condo on Friday they again disconnected the WiFi from its power source. I would think that everything should be left as it is found when the job is finished and if there is a need to make any changes in the residence unrelated to cleaning the owner should be notified or be made aware.

Was looking to replace the cleaners we had and after many calls to several cleaning services I easily chose Roual Maids. I wasn’t disappointed either. They were pleasant & did a good job. Would recommend.
