Perfectly Serviced staff is awesome! They are reliable, punctual, trustworthy, cheerful, accommodating, and very good at their job. Lovely people I can recommend.

I know who the prior review dealt with but my recent experience with Perfectly Serviced was completely opposite. Everyone I dealt with from the owner to the cleaners was very courteous, competent and thorough. They asked a lot of questions so that they knew what I wanted done and expected and then they delivered exactly the cleaning that I was promised at a very competitive price (lower than the franchises by far). I now have them clean my home on a regular scheduled basis and they wash my windows whenever I schedule them. Love Perfeclty Serviced and would recommend that you give them a try

I filled out the form that they require when you are only looking for an estimate. I was looking for a cleaning service that would do windows as well as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping (I already cleaned the kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, and other major items). The rep called me in the evening and started the conversation off with a question about why I needed dusting. Then, I was asked exactly how many windows were in the home, how big the home is, and drilled about why I would be asking for these particular services. Finally, I was asked about each specific window in my house — sliding or up/down windows. I have lived in three different homes in the last five years and have hired cleaning crews before that would come in at a set hourly rate and take care of the types of things I was looking for. This rep was very clearly annoyed by me from the second I acted surprised that he demanded to understand why I only needed the walls/ceiling/floorboards dusted. I am sure I was just too small of an account or too aware that I was being ripped off. $8/window (I have 15 windows, only two of which are slightly large) was outrageous. I have paid $120 to have my entire home cleaned spic and span from top to bottom from other companies with higher brand awareness (Molly Maid, etc.) that never questioned what I needed and came and did the work happily. Don’t waste your time with this company unless you have gobs of money laying around, don’t care about quality customer service, or don’t want to be treated like a paying potential customer. Not only have you lost my business (yes, you were the one to hang up on me for asking why you were grilling me with questions over a standard cleaning request), but you actually drove me to leave a negative review, which I NEVER do.
