A close relative recommended RGD cleaning to me I had really good comments about the company , but the staff that came to do the cleaning service was really unpleasant they were taking pictures of my home doing videos posting on media of my home I didn’t appreciate that at all the cleaning was not as I expected time was invested more in recording my home , person that recommended me the company said this person was new by the name of Maria .Look out for this do not request her.

I had Ricard give me a quote to do a deep cleaning. He quoted me 300 for the initial cleaning, which would include fridge, oven, and windows inside. He did offer to clean them inside and out, but I didn’t want him in my backyard due to my dogs not being tied up. We had decided on a Tuesday early after noon. They showed up late around 3 p.m. Ricardo and his wife cleaned my house in an hr and a half, mind you my home is over 4000sq ft. They didn’t touch my dining room, my jack and Jill bathroom wasnt cleaned, they wiped down 2 glass shelves at eye level in the refrigerator, but Nothing elese was touched. The French doors were dusted, but the glass wasn’t clean I contacted Ricardo with a few pics, and all he had to say was I apologize we were out of time, so we did a quick job on your “home. ” I asked for a $100 refund, and he agreed. I still haven’t received the refund, nor has he reached out. He was very quick to collect. Im a very fair person, and i believe in you get what you pay for. I didn’t get my moneys worth, and it’s all because he was running late. He is not a man of his word. I will dispute the charges with my bank.
