I own an ice cream company and our grease trap needed cleaning. I called around looking for a grease trap cleaning service. After talking to a few companies I decided to hire Kauffman because of the friendliness of the receptionist (turns out to be owners wife) and the fact they are a local mom and pop small business. So glad I did. Although there was a small hiccup, they followed up and stood behind their work no questions asked – no defensive “wasn’t our fault” attitude. A true pleasure to find people like that today. I have actually signed up for 6 month service with them because of their willingness to do the right thing. Now I don’t have to call around looking for someone I can trust. I highly recommend them.

Fast and reliable… Plus love the fact that husband and wife work together and they do great work.. I own a Drain cleaning business and I have seen their work many times. I know the difference between a clean job and a half fast one. Recommended 100%

They get back to you promptly. You can always get hold of them. Their price is the best I’ve found. Jorge did a thorough job on cleaning our grease trap. He broke down the solids and rinsed it really well. I highly recommend their service to restaurant owners.
