I have had Caleb of A Clean Carpet company performing outstanding work for me for over 28 years. He was a young adult when he joined the company, at that time, owned by the Bordens. Caleb purchased the company shortly after and has continued to bring the highest quality of work performance. I’ve been a landlord for over 45 years, so I have worked with other companies over the years. I’m so confident in Caleb’s high standard that I specify in my commercial and residential leases that upon moving out, the tenant must have the carpets cleaned by A Clean Carpet Company. Additionally, I utilize his services, which extends beyond cleaning carpets in my personal home, too. Caleb has responded to a few water flood emergencies. Once in my personal home, and the most recent when a pressurized fire suppressant pipe burst on the top floor of a 3-story building. I contacted him on Sunday in January that it was spewing out 30 to 100 gallons of water per minute for 30 minutes. He responded immediately and extracted hundreds of gallons of water from the building. What a blessing to help minimize the destructive power of water. His office manager, Judy, for the past 21 years, has been a great delight to work with because of her professionalism and cheerful demeanor. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would wholeheartedly do so.

Everything was great from start to finish. It was easy to book an appointment. Caleb came out, even called to tell us he might be a few minutes late. He arrived, was very friendly and provided us with helpful information. And he did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. Their estimate and billing was extremely reasonable and our carpets now look great! We could not be more pleased! Kudos and congrats on a very well run company. Thank you !!!

So, Caleb just left. I called for a dryer vent cleaning. It just so happened that Caleb could make it this afternoon – I was just so surprised. He was efficient, got here, got to work and done in a reasonable amount of time. I also want to give a shout out to Judy, his Office Manager. Such a nice lady and true asset to this company. They clean carpets, tile, hardwood floors, upholstery and probably more that I don’t remember. I will be using them again as the need arises. Great service, nice people…

Did an excellent job on our old carpets. They had years of wear and stains and I really didn’t think much could be done with them. But they look absolutely amazing!
