I’m only giving Corrigan Rug Cleaners 5 stars because 6 isn’t an option. I just had all of the rugs in our home cleaned and couldn’t be happier. Communication was excellent. The guys who picked up and then returned to place the rugs were right on schedule, meticulous, and couldn’t have been nicer. The rugs are like new and Kelly did a fantastic job repairing the fringe on our favorite oriental. Highly recommend Corrigan for rug cleaning!

They did an excellent job of repairing and cleaning my old rug. All the old binding and fringe was coming apart and just looked nasty. Very friendly people and they dogs were fun as well.

I’m not impressed. Landlord picked the company, which seems highly rated and carpet is apparently only 4 years old. Came home today to find the carpet in higher traffic areas looking exactly the same as when I left. My grandma had someone clean her much older same color carpets and they fluffed back up and looked cleanand felt nice. Pretty disappointed that I don’t get any of the above in these areas. 3 stars only because I wasn’t the one home to see what was done. But I’m not pleased. Especially since the spot where old playdough was stuck on the carpet is still stuck on the carpet . Also we vacuumed prior to the cleaning and I just vacuumes the living room because we have not been in there at all and look at all that dirt. And no I don’t want a repeat clean. Update to reply: my husband is non-confrontational and very nice. I wasn’t there. I never left a Facebook review so I guess someone else isnt happy. These areas are small but exactly the same as before and as mentioned I shouldn’t be able to vacuum right over a freshly cleaned carpet and pull that much dirt out of it. I understand your a small business, but that is not a reason that I should not leave an honest review. Also are your technicians, who did the job really go to say yeah boss I decided to only put half the effort in.

Love how our carpets look and feel after having them cleaned! Our family switches our rugs out seasonally and we have them cleaned and ready to go for the next season and they always turn out great!

Excellent customer service! Communication was great, they even picked up and dropped off my rug, and it’s beautiful and clean! I highly recommend Corrigan!
