Edwin did a superb job making a 25-year-old carpet look brand-new again. Not only was he on time, he was early (he had to wait for me in the driveway, with no complaints — he had a chance to sneak in a snack of grapes!). Friendly, engaging, and funny, he schooled me in the finer points of carpet care and worked extra hard to get every single stain out. He felt like part of the welcome wagon, making me feel at home in a new town, and I half-wished he were my neighbor so I could count him as a new friend. The company, in general, was impressive — I called for an appointment on short notice, the day we closed on our new house, after we saw in the walk-through that with the furniture and throw rugs gone, we could not live with the carpet. But we had to move in four days later, and every service seemed booked. The office manager called me back within a half-hour of my initial call to give me they good news they could squeeze me in. But I didn’t feel squeezed in — Edwin spent about five non-rushed hours, helping move what furniture was there and tending to every detail of the eight rooms, leaving a fun triangular pattern and making me feel I’d made the right decision both buying the house and calling this family business. I will definitely call him back for future cleanings!

Positive experiences from initial outreach to completion of service. The appointment scheduler was kind and helpful, there were multiple communications with reminders of and arrival of the technician for the appointment which were appreciated. Edwin was professional, personable, efficient, and knowledgeable with regards to tackling our tough pet odors/stains. He even left us with a cleaning agent to assist in case of other accidents. Pricing was fair, service was beyond satisfactory, and we’ll definitely use this company again for ongoing maintenance of our rugs and carpets!
