Here’s my revised review. Recently, we had Sebastian from a notable carpet cleaning company stop by to clean the carpets in our rooms and stairways in Springfield. After sharing our concerns the previous night, I contacted them the following morning. To our delight, a skilled cleaner was at our place before lunchtime and did an outstanding job. Sebastian did an outstanding job! Our dining room and walkway were dotted with stains from our dog, but he handled it quickly and professionally with Frank’s Carpet Cleaning. In the midst of the cleaning process, I accidentally spilled coffee, but he promptly came to my aid and cleaned that too. I was extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend and use it again in the future in Springfield!

We’ve been functioning in this building in Springfield since 2018, and the carpet was old and stained when we moved in. However, following Dillon’s service, those problems have disappeared. Sebastian did a remarkable job cleaning my mother’s carpet in Springfield. The place had many tricky areas and obstructions, but he skillfully navigated around them without any problem. There were several persistent stains, but he successfully eliminated them all, bringing the carpet back to its former glory! I will definitely be using their carpet cleaning services again, no question about it.
