I recently had two of my rugs cleaned here. I could not have been happier with the entire experience. When I called for an estimate, I encountered friendly and knowledgeable staff; coupled with good prices….it was a no-brainer. They arrived on time to pick up my rugs and were very professional. Delivery was just as smooth. Upon delivery, I almost thought they had the wrong rug…it looked amazing. I would definitely recommend this company for rug cleaning and will be using them again.

We just recently brought a puppy for our daughter and potty training has been a struggle and he got sick and really messed our carpet up. We called Heaven’s Best. They were affordable, professional and QUICK! From Start to finish, was an easy process and like I mentioned above, so affordable. Scott was our technician and was polite and professional. Will ABSOLUTELY use them again in the future. Thank you!!

The carpet cleaning was decent and the people were all very nice but the information on their website is inaccurate. On their website it states that they pre-vacuum the carpets, move furniture, and use a special rake at the end to help speed up the drying process. Unfortunately, after they had already sprayed the carpets they informed us that they don’t pre-vacuum and that we should have done that, they don’t move furniture except to shift small things like chairs slightly out of the way and then immediately move them back, and they didn’t use the rake at the end. They also didn’t even move doors to clean the carpet behind them. The service was a cheaper than most other carpet cleaners in the area, they fit us in quickly, and the people were nice but I wish their advertisements were more truthful so we knew what we were paying for beforehand.

I am so glad I came across Heaven’s Best while we were moving. It was so convenient to have one company that can come in to take care of our carpet cleaning, house cleaning, duct cleaning, de-fleeing/ de-tick spraying needs in one day. I was completely satisfied and have no complaints on the quality of work they provided in my rental and newly purchased home. Evan was very helpful and replied to all of my questions and concerns promptly by phone, email, and text. Quoting was an easy process over the phone and prices were outstanding. His cleaning crews were very pleasant to work with, worked hard, and did an amazing job. I highly recommend!

We had them come out to clean a cobalt blue suede-like sofa and love seat that had been stained up pretty heavily. Not only did they do a beautiful job and get them looking new again, I also had them clean up my pub chairs, one which was so badly stained I was convinced I would have to replace or reupholster. I cannot believe how wonderful everything looks, I was so impressed I actually almost cried. Everything they did was absolutely fabulous! We’ll be having them out again for a full top to bottom carpet cleaning once spring arrives. These guys are worth every single penny, great service, great people. Thank you!

They saved my life. I called this am, they were out at my house 2 hrs later, took less than 30 minutes and saved my carpets. Lessons learned, the only stain that was a bit of a challenge was the one I tried to clean myself. The ones they cleaned were immediately gone. They were so efficient I had them clean the couch. Recommended to any dog owner!
