The technician was pleasant as were the people I talked to to schedule. Buuuut the carpet looks EXACTLY the same…no color change, no stains removed. And it’s been 2 days and it is still not dry…very disappointed.

The person that came out was decent and he cleaned the carpet well. Our issue is the carpet was left too wet and is taking days to dry with a fan on it. More water should have been sucked out of it.

We were very happy with their service from start to finish – from receiving a quote/inspection to cleaning day. We’ve used them to get our air ducts cleaned and they were thorough and made sure to clean the air vent located in every room. They even removed the baseboard vents and washed them up before putting it back. They found water bottles, garbage and dry wall pieces in the vent that must have been left there when the house was constructed. They were also patient, friendly and professional.

Paid $320 to have my sectional cleaned and it’s still spots and stains on it! Was quoted $120 on the website. I received a call a day before the expected cleaning and was told it would be between $140 and $200 and when the person came to clean my sectional I was told it would be $320. For this price it should’ve been spotless. I’ll never use them again!

Left the hot water faucet on and water went all over the laundry room and downstairs. Without my consent dumped the dirty water in the driveway. Spoke to BJ he lied and said the technician didn’t leave the water on, but he was the only person in the laundry room all day, until the water damage was discovered. He never came back to help with the damage caused by his technician. Carpet didn’t look any better than before it was cleaned.

Watch your pocket book, they will up charge you by at least double. I feel for it when they came to my house, then they tried to charge me $289 to do a 8×11 area rug and sectional. The online quote was over half that price both times.Too expensive.

Did a good job but seemed as if they were in a hurry to get done and get out. I don’t feel as if they did as good of a job as they could because they were hurrying. I paid $250 for stairs, (8) a living room 7 ft long hallway, bedroom and 3 area rugs 1-5.3×7.6 and 2 others were exactly alike and they were 5x9s. Not happy and won’t use again! Oh yeah the deodorizer last a couple hours and gone! Our floors needed it but we have a carpet cleaner that does as good if not better. Even my husband said he would never use them again because it was ridiculously priced and the deodorizer was gone same day. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT LEAST DON’T GET THE DEODORIZER LOL!!!!
