We have used Plush Carpet Cleaning three times now. They are exemplary. We have had a different technician each time, and they have all been polite, proficient and effective in cleaning. We have light colored, middle grade carpet and they always get it looking so clean!! Not only does it look clean, but it smells clean too. We have a dog that will mark sometimes and they use a deodorizer which works like a charm. It’s worth the extra few bucks per room. They are so affordable too!!! The sweet women that does the customer service gave me the coupon price without even asking if I had it. They clearly want their customers happy and take good care of them.

I am not very happy with this company, granted I did not chose them, my landlord did. It was one guy and all the equipment he had was a spray solution and what appeared to be a buffering machine to work it in. He was friendly, but the carpets are not any cleaner than they were before he showed up. I moved everything out of the living room except our couches. I asked him to move any furniture he needed to. (Our couches are light and very easy to move around.) After I came in the carpets weren’t cleaner, they weren’t wet, it was apparent he just sprayed some suction on them and rubbed it in, and he didn’t do it underneath the couches. I had already moved the couches in a spot they weren’t normally in because I had vacuumed everything before he started, and I figure it would help him do one half of the room and then the other. So our most traffic areas didn’t eeveb get the spray bottle treatment that they call carpet cleaning. Just spend the extra few bucks to get your carpets cleaned by professional cleaners.

They did a great job cleaning our apartment’s carpets. For a decent price too. They are very nice people. They charged us twice for the cleaning by accident, and when we told them about the problem they refunded us and even wrote a little personalized note expressing their apologies.

Did an amazing job made sure that it was to my standards before leaving ; Best price in town will continue to only use Plush carpet cleaning! ( FYI customer service is a sweet old lady who has a medical condition have respect) For the person who posted a review on worst customer service.)

No one showed up for my scheduled appointment. I had to call and ask if they were calling. 30 minutes later I had to call again. 5 minutes later, the person who was supposed to clean my carpet called and said he wouldn’t be coming. I called their main number and was told that they were between semesters and only had one person working! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

This is the second time I use Plush Carpet Cleaning and they did fantastic job cleaning the carpets at home. I am extremely satisfied with the level of their carpet cleaning service. I will use them again in the future. Probably I will use them for upholstery cleaning service next time and later for carpet cleaning service.
