Great job on our carpets and stairs. Arrived promptly and got right to work. We have 2 cats and a large dog with light colored carpets and they came out like new. Very satisfied with the price and the work that was done. Would use again and recommend highly.

Customers should be Cleaning Solutions highest priority because without them, you have no business. Everyone I spoke with at Cleaning Solutions was very nice and Isaac who came out and cleaned the windows was extreme polite. With that said, we really had a difficult time getting everyone on the same page to get this job done. The day that was scheduled, we made specific plans to have out very reactive (to strangers) dog off site for 6 hours. Cleaning Solutions was late, which set them back and because they do not come out to look at the job before accepting it, they did not have the correct equipment for our home. That first day, they only did a partial job. Cleaning Solutions rescheduled to finish the job and canceled due to illness. Ten days after our orginal day planned, the job was finally complete. My suggestions for Cleaning Solutions to incorporate into their business practices in order to make their customers happy and get 5 Star reviews are: 1) Come to the job site and bid the job. You can then assess what equipmentment is necessary to complete it in a timely and professional manner and then schedule the day and time. 2) Arrive on time and complete the job on time! Your customer’s time is just as important as your business’s time. I wish I could give Cleaning Solutions a higher rating but with the fiasco we encountered getting the job done, I just can’t. Hopefully they will grow with this experience.
