Ran into Citrus Carpet Cleaning when they arrived to clean a neighbor’s home. Another company had just cleaned this unit & it was apparently not satisfactory. Citrus uses a process I’ve used before & found it effective & repeatable throughout the 500000sf facility I managed. AJ, the technician was very personable & his movements efficient. He started at the farthest point & worked his way out. Very happy w the service & the end result.

Thank you, Emily! 7/2024: We had the carpets cleaned at our new leased home before our move-in, and this time, it was Talon who provided the service. He arrived on time and went above and beyond to do a great job at making sure the pet stains left were lifted and the carpets smelled clean and fresh. He was very thorough and professional. We will defintely use Citrus Cleaning for all future services, they’re allgreat! This is our second time using Citrus. Scheduling it’s always easy and pricing very straight forward. AJ was our tech. Must say he was so friendly and knowledgeable about the work he was doing. We were a bit concerned about a few stains on the carpet from potty training but AJ did such a good job, and the smell! 10/10
