Mr. Paul Spencer and his team provided us with excellent customer service which included prompt communication and updates on our remodel. Paul helped us recover from a bad situation we were left in with a previous contractor, and made sure our project was prioritized to help us move back into our home. Our project took about three months to have completed. Everyone who visits our home is always so impressed with our home remodel and we constantly receive compliments. I highly recommend this business and will contact them with future projects!

Serview Home Pros 6 months agoWe had the pleasure of working with Serview Home Pros for a recent patio renovation and I cannot express how thrilled we are with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism and dedication to quality were evident. The consultation process was very straightforward. Steve took the time to understand my vision and provided a detailed sketch on the spot of the entire project layout. I have sat through hour-long plus consultations before so was very grateful that my time was not being taken for granted. The installation team was exceptional. They were not only skilled but also very efficient and respectful of our property. The craftsmanship displayed throughout the construction process was top-notch, even going out of their way to help us solve a doggy door issue when the main flap of the door was too heavy for one our smaller doggies to push. All in all, the resulting patio has exceeded our expectations and has changed the way we interact with our home and our outdoor environment. We are now able to spend our evenings outdoors, something we previously believe to be completely impossible. The project was completed within the estimated timeframe and didn’t cost a penny over what was quoted. What truly sets Serview Home Pros apart is their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. They were attentive to my concerns, responsive to my questions and ensured that I was kept informed at every stage of the process. Preferred Earthworks LLC 5 months agoShaun is extremely responsive and is able to come out and give a detailed quote quickly. Things are itemized on his invoices so you know exactly what you are paying for. He is honest and straight forward, saving people money on things they don’t need that other contractors tried to sell and he truly wants your project to be done correctly. He takes pride in his work and will go to any lengths to help save money on materials, he isn’t out price gouging people. I appreciate his honesty on projects and you can tell he has been doing this type of work for a long time. I find it sad that his reviews show one star, clearly from people that haven’t used his services at all, and conveniently all on the same day. Shame people try to ruin someone’s livelihood for no reason.
