Ryder came and cleaned our carpets and sealed our kitchen tiles back in December. He did a great job. Recently, our dog had an accident on one of the carpets. We called Ryder right away (after we tried to get most of it up!) and he was able to get us into his schedule very quickly. However, some of the stain came through after it dried, something that Ryder had warned us might happen. He said if that were to happen, just call him and he would come back and re-treat the area at no charge. Ryder was true to his word and came back and re-treated the stain with something stronger and sure enough, the stain came out! We would highly recommend Spot On Cleaners. Ryder is very knowledgeable, professional and also very friendly and easy to talk with! Thanks, Ryder!

Ryder was recommended by a friend. He is friendly, on time, and gets those stains out. Dogs are gross. Ryder has even come back to redo some really tough stains for us no charge. I don’t call anyone else.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this company for your next carpet cleaning. Spot On Carpet Cleaners was exactly as their title states- Spot On. Excellent overall service! The appointment was scheduled promptly for next day service. Mrs Gloria was very polite and accommodating during my call with her. The technician, Ryder, was friendly and professional. He was very thorough while making sure he provided an expedient and superb carpet cleaning. My carpet was extremely dirty and now is looking better that it has in a long time. Spot On provided a very affordable price with no add on charges once job was complete. Thank you Spot On!
