The technician, Ezekiel, from Superb Plano Carpet Cleaners who came to clean our carpets did a superb job. Despite the scorching Plano heat of 95 degrees, he arrived promptly and immediately got to work, he didn’t even hesitate when asked to go over some spots again. He left our carpets looking clean and fresh. While not every stain was completely removed, the final results were beyond our expectations. We would definitely recommend Superb Plano Carpet Cleaners. My spouse was faced with a severe stain on our carpeted staircase, courtesy of one of our dogs. We reached out for help and were pleasantly surprised that they were able to accommodate us on the very same day! The team, including Ezekiel and Cory, were friendly, swift, meticulous, and took the time to explain each step of the carpet cleaning process. We were incredibly satisfied with their services in Plano and will undoubtedly call upon them again for any future carpet cleaning needs! I scheduled a carpet cleaning for my home 2 weeks in advance knowing my kids will be out of town and the house would be undisturbed only to have this business 1. Not confirm the day before the cleaning and 2. On the day of cleaning I called to confirm with them and they said my address was “out of their service area”. Why did they schedule me in the first place? And why is my house that is located in Plano, only 4 miles from the business, not in their area of service? Anyways, terrible business and I do not recommend anyone waste their time and money with them.
