Mr. Leonard came to clean the carpets at my new apartment after the original company I had booked with kept canceling. He quoted me a fair price and was flexible with my schedule. I was concerned about my carpets not having been sanitized before we moved in. Mr. Leonard arrived right on time and disinfected and deep cleaned my entire 3rd floor apartment. He was so conscientious and detailed in his work. The fact that his products are all organic was an added bonus. The whole place looked and smelled amazing when he was done. I feel so comfortable being in my apartment now. I’m also really grateful that the original company I booked was so flaky because I’m sure they would not have done such an excellent job. Believe everything you hear about Mr. Leonard! When I saw him get into the carpet with the toothbrush to remove a stubborn stain, I knew my house was going to be en pointe when he finished. And it was! Mattresses were as well!

Love love my carpet! I called him the day before and he came. The storm pushed us back but he so was diligent and communicating with me. He showed up when he said he was. He didn’t change the rate and my carpet was in horrible condition. My daughters had make up in their room and it came up. Did I mention reasonably priced. He’s my forever carpet man from here on out. The plus is he’s so knowledgeable!
