I have used Jimy’s Carpet Cleaning Lewisville several times and they always do a great carpet cleaning job. Called and set an appointment for a Sunday between 9:00 and 11:00 AM, no phone call no show. I’m sure it’s possible there was a personal emergency, but I kind of doubt it. Guess somebody else gets the business..

The Person who answered the phone this is my first time calling and she keep hanging up the phone on me finally she picked it up and told me that she told me the price already and hung up on me again she was just rude and unprofessional

I am very pleased with the carpet cleaning work I received on my rug that was so dirty and stained. I love the new fresh and sweet smell that they left it smelling like and the shiny white and sanitized right looking look. I definitely would call them again.
