I hired are wide to do a routine cleaning on my couch, they sent someone out and his equipment was not working and would not remove the water he was using from the couch. I called the owner to tell him that the couch was now stained from too much water and that his tech was not able to finish. He blamed the “younger generation” not wanting to work. He sent someone else over 2 days later to finish the job, 20 minutes in his equipment starting leaking gasoline all over the driveway, and tracked gas all through my living room, he could not keep the equipment running so he left. I called the owner again and told him what was going on, again he blamed the ” younger generation” not wanting to mess with the equipment to get it working properly so that they could go home early. He said he was going to send his best employee the next day to finish the job. That employee never showed and now nobody is answering the phone or returning my calls after having left numerous messages.

So pleased with the service and how our carpets turned out. They arrived on time, did amazing work, and super friendly. If you need carpets cleaned I would highly recommend them. Will definitely be using their services again!

Yesterday I made an appt on phone w/ Jim for today,5/22/2020. Appt was 2:15pm. At 1pm, 2 men show up & looked @ living rm /dining rm to be done. Asked if owner wanted furniture moved. I said yes. He said ok, no problem. I mentioned the price Jim had mentioned on the phone. He said “That’s fine, no problem.” They walk out towards their truck- & then leave the property! I thought maybe they went to get more help, or they were coming back at the regular scheduled time. I went ahead & moved all glass ware, everything on the tables,8 chairs, & a small table. THEY NEVER CAME BACK! The owner,waited from the time they got there about 1pm,w/ check already made out,until 3:40pm when I came back from my appt. At 3:45 -4pm I called twice & got answering machine. At 4pm, I drove to 121 Circle Way only to find out theres a dentist office @ that address. Drove behind it as well as all surrounding streets for 25 min. There was no company anywhere w/ that name.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Hired them to clean and seal the tile floors at our new house. Instead of cleaning them, the technician flooded them and left them that way. The floors were never cleaned! He also sprayed sealer all over our stainless steel appliances, cabinets, woodwork and baseboards. I spoke to the owner and two managers and I was assured that they’d come back and clean the floors properly and that they could fix all of the issues. They didn’t show up and have stopped answering their phones. The business is not located at the address listed on their website… There are complaints lodged against them with the BBB… Beware!!! Don’t take my word for it – the complaints are easily accessed with a quick google search as are the multitudes of other bad reviews… I should have taken the time to do my research before hiring this fraudulent company!!! The Angie’s List award that they claim to have received on their website/homepage? (check out their reviews on Angie’s List) They are not located at the address listed on their website, and they have scammed other customers as well (verify on Yelp, Angie’s List, google, and BBB). Notice the issues of sealer overspray and false address (what’s listed on their homepage is actually a Dentist’s office in Lake Jackson) are not addressed by the owner in his response. Instead, in his original response to my poor review, he publicly listed my home address as a retaliatory/bullying tactic. This review is not fake; however many of his positive reviews are (the same people are giving positive reviews with different stories depending on the location of the owner’s various businesses).

I used Area-wide Carpet Cleaning of LJ a year ago and they were great. Good price, quality work, friendly worker, and they were quick! About a week ago I called to schedule another cleaning. They would not pick up the phone at all. Sometimes it would ring twice, sometimes it would ring for a while. I left a voicemail requesting them to call me back to schedule a time. No call back the next day, so I called again but it went to voicemail. Since they did such a good job the first time, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them one more chance before I went with another company. Finally someone picked up and I set up a time for them to come. On the day of I waited for an hour and no one showed up. I called again and it went to voicemail. I left a voicemail asking if they were coming. I even drove by the address listed to see if there was a store front I could go and talk to someone. The only business at this address is a Dentist Office. By the end of the day I called back to leave a message to cancel the cleaning (hope they at least got that one!). Real shame on how things turned out. I found another company who was timely in getting back and did a great job!
