We can’t remember the last timecwe had our carpets cleaned, so you can imagine how bad they were. Our technician “walked” the house with the wife and took note of the areas with which she was most concerned. He got right to work and was out of the house in an hour and a half. His equipment was clean, in good repair, and it was obvious when he began, that he was a professional. We also had a lift assist chair that is used at least 12 hours a day, and is used as an eating area for a 77 year-old man with Parkinson’s. You can imagine how bad it was with food stains, body oils, etc. Well, it now looks like was never used except for expected wear and tear. We are more than satisfied with the job that was done. It was excellent! We would recommend Killeen Steam Team unconditionally.

Great communication, and an awesome job. I am a property manager and unbeknownst to me the city had turned off the water, the tech went to get a truck that held water and ended up doing the job the same day. I am over the moon impressed, and the house looks great for its new tenant! Fair price, great service.

Excellent service. Prompt and thorough! My daughter’s carpet was terrible! He removed spots that I thought were impossible to remove! I’ve used them several times and I’m always happy with my results!!

The gentleman has steam cleaned my apartment floors for mid and yearly inspections. Very easy to schedule, is available to steam clean with or without an outside water spout. Always super friendly and the apartment looks and smells amazing for weeks afterward. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the Killeen area. Here’s the carpet type he dealt with in my apartment. This is not what it looks like when he actually did it

The service tech was absolutely horrible and for that reason I will never use this company again. He might want to find a new job because working with people is not his forte. I’m pretty sure he is the same guy someone else posted about. Killeen Steam Clean should be ashamed of sending that man out.

The guy who actually did the cleaning was very polite and did an awesome job at getting the stains off the carpet. It’s because of him im writing this review otherwise the guy who answers the phone .. his attitude could improve coz it was lacking. I’d use them again.
