Bad experience. Lost Rug. Long clean/repair time. Rugged was picked up beginning of April 24’ for cleaning & repair. Brought back in June discolored and with additional stains. They wanted to take it back…….. they did. We are in July and only communication I have received is they failed to take pictures when rug was picked up in April. Therefore they don’t know if stains are from them or not. Seems like they are keeping my rug. Waiting on them to reach out. Picture of the discoloration and spot that looks like bleach stain from June when they brought it back before saying they wanted to take back to Dallas cleaning center. Not sure what’s going on with this company.

We have used Kiwi for 11 years. they always did a decent job and were well affordable. This recent scheduled time they didn’t show up 5 times!!!! The window of arrival is 2 hours so figure you have to be there 30 minutes prior and 30 minutes after so 3 hours of my time X 5 times was wasted!!! Ilene had nothing to say except she would find out where and why they were not at location. After putting me on hold for 10 minutes, after there techs were already 20 minutes late, she said they were pulled off the road? What does this mean? Being in customer service, I would have made sure my tech was on schedule as well as called the client to follow up on arrival. Customer service is seriously lacking as well as reliability of service!! We were able to reschedule with another company that did a great job!! Was on time and very professional!! I would highly recommned Aboslute Kleen if you want your job done right!!!

This company never returned our rug after we paid a high price to have it cleaned. They then ignored 5 separate calls over the course of several weeks and have refused to return the rug or compensate us for it. They are very aggressive about selling you on their cleaning but will ignore you once they have your money. Go elsewhere – anywhere else – to get your rugs cleaned. This NOT a reputable business.

Scheduling was very easy but after that, it went downhill pretty quickly. The appointment was scheduled for 3-5 pm and I was informed that a 30 minute notification would be provided prior to arrival. Come 4:30 pm, there was no notification. Upon calling Kiwi, I was told he would arrive in less than 30 minutes. At 5:05 pm, I called back and was told the technician would arrive within 10 minutes. Arrival was at 5:20 pm; there was no Kiwi logo on the vehicle nor was there any evidence (not even a simple t-shirt) that the technician was with Kiwi. It appears to be a sub-contract arrangement and you take whatever they can get. The technician sat in his car for a good 10 minutes before coming in. The level of service was well below par BEFORE the cleaning even took place. The technician arrived and tried to charge an extra $200. I wound up dismissing him and went with another company.

I’ve used kiwi a couple times for whole house carpet cleaning, for rental properties. Carpets look great, they arrive on time, and prices are comparable, with warranty making it a great deal.

We’ve used Kiwi services multiple times and our carpets always come out great. I love their one year warranty where they will come out again before the year is up for $7 per room.

Did a good job for me 2 years ago, rescheduled for next month, which the scheduler was professional setting up the appointment. Will do another review after completion of the service in June to follow up.

Thankful to connect with Kiwi again – I used them when I lived in Houston and now currently live in Galveston, and they still have affordable prices!!
