The Good Contractors List 2 weeks agoI used again, contractor on the good contractor list. As I have had experience with this contractor before where they made a mess. A plumber should know if you remove a water line water would drip out. This time, I had a leak and I said do you have any rags and is there anything I can to collect the water. After the water sprayed out. I had to say Should I get towels. I gave towels and they wiped up. They said I needed a part to fix but they never gave me the part number to pickup. All contractors, regardless of company will make messes, damage property and seem to “justify” their actions and inactions. As I have said before all the good contractor list does is protect you if they steal your money.

SemFi Construction Services Inc a month agoHad a complete bathroom remodel done by Steve Martin’s company SemFi. I have 43 years in commercial real estate and can say that Steve is up there in the top two category. He is a straight shooter with a good sense of quality work. If it isn’t right, he made it right with no haggling. Glad to see a company (Includes all his employees and subs) with a firm grip on customer service and good outcomes.

Very attentive to detail and professional. Custom cabinets that are amazing. I will share some before and after pics once it’s complete. Update: We are ecstatic with the way our bathrooms turned out!
