This is not about their work but the communication was non existing. After the tornado on the 22nd of May. 23rd of May their representatives came around with the Bell county responsive team in the morning. Everything sounded good and I initially went with them for restoration by the words of tarping the roof, boarding the broken windows, and providing equipment for for the water damage in the house to prevent start of mold. We were waiting all day, nobody came except Brisbin-Kleypas Construction to board the broken windows for most of the houses damaged, just to help the Temple community. So I called twice around 3:06 to 4.20 pm, which one person said the team was held up from the police not entering because of confusion of contractors allowed. I drove down the street from my house and saw their company truck and their employees working on a house and two them on their cell phones, maybe taking a break? I just didn’t understand how that crew and the company truck is in the neighborhood but not the so call truck with humidifier and fans couldn’t get through? So text at 6:02 pm and the person I talked to in the morning said his workers were there. I even answered that I understand they were working so waited another 40 minutes but nothing. I decided to cancel their service, I went outside and the workers who were at the other house didn’t leave till about 7:30 pm. To me communication from them from the morning till we had to leave was non existing. I believe if I didn’t reach out, I would of not known and waiting for them sucked because the power was out and the day was hot. I have the text and the times I called. Also the email they sent me of the work authorization. Like I stated earlier this is their non existent communication not their work.

Contacted WOW for carpet cleaning. Scheduling was easy. Was able to secure a slit for the following day. The technician was very professional and friendly and did an excellent job.
