This was the worst carpet cleaning experience I have ever had. We have pets and after the cleaning there was dryed dog hair all stocked to our baseboards. We literally had to clean all our baseboards. The carpets don’t feel or look any cleaner. I have requested a refund. I’ll see what happens next. I have since been contacted by the owner. Troy, who was very professional and kind. I asked for a partial refund, and he agreed. He apologized for the mess that was made, and assured me that this was not the way that they did business. I was very appreciative for the way he quickly replied to me and my concerns.
