My carpet was in extreme need for cleaning. I have my own cleaner that I used twice a year for the past 30 years, but the traffic changed from just me to big foot. I couldn’t keep up with the dirt and stains. I asked my friend who cleans her carpets, and she recommended Smith’s Carpet Cleaning. The time and appointment was quick and easy. I didn’t anticipate getting scheduled so soon before Thanksgiving. I was impressed that I got a price quote with no upselling or a bunch of questions. He arrived right on time, I showed him the areas, and he got right to work. There were a few pet stains that I had cleaned, but I didn’t notice they were ghosting on the carpet until much later. The pretreatment cleaned up most of it, but I’m not surprised that further treatments are needed. I covered the walk paths until the carpets were completely dry. He told me that it would take 6-8 hours to dry, but I kept the covers down for 48 hours with ceiling fans in high and the central on fan mode. I’m still loving how nice the carpets look. I should have done this sooner. Now that I know what I know, I’ll be calling Smith’s for Spring and Winter cleaning. Call Smith’s Carpet Cleaning!

Waited until the morning of appointment, after calling off from work & rearranging furniture, to cancel due to “worker not showing up”. They said they would reach back out to reschedule but after not hearing back I decided to contact them again. Rescheduled 2 weeks later & once again, after calling off from work & rearranging furniture, they canceled the morning of. The lady suggested “finding someone else to do it” since I’ve already moved the furniture around again.

Cannot recommend as they advertise false specials. Beware of their misleading advertised prices

Requested advertised price and service and she would not honor it, claiming that because property was empty it would cost more. Had it been furnished it no doubt would have cost more to move furniture as well. Beware, not honorable at all. Bogus advertisements. Her phone quote was 2.5x higher than the advertised price. I then received harassing text messages from this business after posting an honest evaluation of this “business”. They will take you to the cleaners for sure! Stay away!

They did a great job! Showed up on time, worked efficiently, explained what they were doing, and even called a few days later to make sure I was happy with the service. Will definitely use them again. Very reasonably priced!
