My mom had a house fire and it’s been three months and they aren’t even close to being done. Messed up on the popcorn ceiling when it should have been knockdown. Absolutely horrible job at painting and painted trim white that should have been brown. Left an enormous mess and paint splatter everywhere. Do not recommend.

Intek was able to come immediately and help clean up water. When I showed up to the house 2 guys were sitting around the house and 1 actually working. This was an insurance claim, and have waited 5 months to receive a bill. Insurance claim is now closed but still haven’t received bill from Intek for the claim after reaching out numerous times.

I Called 9 days ago for an appointment and I still have not received a phone call. I have called them multiple times asking for just an estimated time, but all I get is ” I would have to go downstairs and sift through the calls.” If you decide to call them make sure it’s not an emergency.

I worked for this company horrible place to work for they will lie about the “new guy” for something they did themselves. Obviously the new guy can’t defend himself because it’s considered “disrespectful” Do not work for this place.

Alex with Intek did an amazing job cleaning our carpets, as well as treating the pet stains, at a reasonable price! He was on time very professional and was knowledgeable on all the questions I had! Our carpet look refreshed! We will be returning customers. Highly recommend!

Had a flood, they came in, sucked up some water and set up 15 fans and 2 dehumidifiers all on 2 – 15 amp breakers and left. Couple minutes after leaving the breakers tripped and I had to reroute cords to spread the electrical load more. 3 days later they came back, had 4 guys each carry 1 fan out at a time and left, sent a bill that was almost 4k! LMAO have to take us to court to get that kind of money out of us for your fan rental service. Happened in a hotel FYI.

Our carpet cleaning service person Alex was on time, professional, very personable, and efficient. He got out a stubborn spot in our carpet that we’d had for years! And the scheduler from Intek was awesome as well. Will call them back again for any future needs !
