It’s midnight and our apartment had been flooding since before 730. They get called by maintenance and show up and totally knock it all out. Great personality. Fast and efficient. Super nice and 100% would call again if I owned my own home. Like I said it’s midnight and he is pumping and drying all the grey water from our apartment with a smile on his face.

there machine was round, I’m thinking how you can clean, scrub corners, and they couldn’t get some stain out, that my wife got out later with can if carpet cleaner, just because they can clean 7 rooms in a hour doesn’t mean there good, that’s quantity, not quality.

Awesome, friendly and affordable service. I used the form online and Ryan responded within minutes. Chad came out the following day to clean my old carpets. I didn’t have much hope but he brought life back to the carpet. Will be utilizing them more in the future.

I can’t thank Ryan enough for his prompt service! I emailed him Wednesday in a panic as my dog had a major blow out downstairs and some upstairs and I was unable to get it out myself! He responded within 30 minutes and was here this morning! And wow! Not only did he get my dogs diarrhea stains out, my carpets look brand new and smell even better! I’m so impressed thank you so much!

The employees that came to clean our carpets were so incredibly nice and they did a great job. I really appreciated that they responded promptly to my emails and they fit me into their schedule sooner than I expected. Their pricing was more than fair, and I will definitely use them again and will refer friends and family to them as well.

I have used Best Choice three times in the past year. Once for move-out carpet cleaning, duct cleaning in our new home, and carpet cleaning in a room that had water in it. Every time the crew has been quick, thorough, cleaned up after themselves, and friendly. It’s obvious I will keep using their business and I am telling you – so should you! The price is great considering the work they do in 20-30 minutes would take me hours.

Tried Best Choice Carpet Cleaning for the first time today and can’t say enough great things about them. Ryan was able to accommodate on a short notice. Friendly and professional. They did an AMAZING job on my tired and pet stained carpets. The house smells fresh again! I highly recommend and would definitely be using them in the future.

Had a great experience with Best Choice carpet cleaning today!! They did an awesome job. They took very old carpet and made it look new again. Chad was very polite, prompt, and detailed.
