Carey Wiles came out to clean our dryer vent ducts and unclog our washer drains. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant. He showed us before and after pictures. He did an outstanding job. He took time to explain to us what he found and what he was doing to correct the issues. We are very pleased with him and this company and will definitely use them in the future.

The tech showed up on time & ready to work wearing gloves, shoe covering & face mask. He performed the task professionally ensuring that areas of work were protected. Before & after pictures were taken & available shortly after the task was finished. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family. We will use this company again in the future.

These folks are truly fantastic and care about their customers and what they do. I probably asked a million questions about both carpet and air duct cleaning – they answered every single one thoughtfully and patiently to help me make informed decisions. Carey cleaned and disinfected the very old carpet at our new house and I just can’t believe how much ‘stuff’ was in there that we would have been living in otherwise. The faint odor is completely gone and the carpets actually look nicer, which I didn’t think was possible given their age. And my partner’s ever present allergies seem to have improved almost immediately. I can’t wait to get our air ducts cleaned next!
