Poorya did an excellent job. I had tile that wasn’t properly sealed. He washed and resealed it. It was very time consuming but looks great.

Ayden was awesome. He explained every aspect of what he then did for us and why, or why something was not being done, to prevent irreparable harm or wasted money. He was very patient with us, despite having the repeat himself more than once. He also was quiet, swift and very considerate, from protecting furniture, chair legs, our home from exhaust fumes. In the end, we were amazed at how good our carpeting looked, how quickly this work was done and how affordable his services turned out to be.

Had Stanley Steemer clean the stairwell and downstairs of a house I was excitedly getting ready to move into. The previous owner’s dog had some accidents on the carpet and floor in a small downstairs space. After having the cleaning service done, after 2 days of nice smelling chemicals, the downstairs was back to smelling like pee. The carpets continue to smell. My family was told if we were dissatisfied, we could have have Stantley Steemer come back FOR A FEE. Also, I noticed a stain in the stairwell looked like it hadn’t been cleaned much. After just a little elbow grease and pet cleaner, I removed a bunch of brown. Very unhappy with a service I thought would be so reputable.

Ayden was very efficient while also being very thorough and explaining what he was doing and why. Plus patiently going over the year-long plan that would save us money. A very nice person who did a great job on our pale carpet!
