I used this company for general carpet and rug cleaning, and also a used mattress I bought. Rich was prompt in calling me and scheduling, and also a more reasonable quote than other companies. He was professional, knowledgeable and good at what he does!

He was punctual and friendly. Ask questions about how we previously treated stains.. He explained his process and got to work!! He even worked around my over friendly child and dog!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!! Thanks again!!

Updating 3/1/23 because google won’t let me leave two reviews: If I could give 10 stars I would! We’ve continued to use Precision for several years now and have always been satisfied with the end results. Not even a week after we got our carpets cleaned this last time one of our pets had an accident (so frustrating!!). I reached out to Rich and he came back and took care of the accident area so quickly! He always replies within 24 hours and is such a great communicator. He’s also very reasonably priced. We are very happy customers and will be as long as he’s in business! Original 11/2021: We have used Precision Carpet Cleaning three times now and have been extremely satisfied each time. We have 3 huskies and a cat so cleaning our carpets is no small task. Each visit Rich has given us updates on things he’s noticed with our carpet (like spots where there seems to be more pet hair/odor, etc) and also tips on how to maintain our carpet in between professional cleanings. It has always been super easy to schedule a visit and communication has always been amazing with quick replies and updating if there is any changes to appointments. We’ve used other carpet cleaning companies in the past, usually just searching for the best deal, but we will definitely stick with Rich and Precision Carpet Cleaning from now on! Affordable, flexible, great customer service, and great quality!

It’s not so common to find a vendor who is truly as advertised. Rich was gracious, skilled, conscientious and patient with our schedule changes. The carpet looked amazing; he gave helpful tips and advice on future care. Would use again…and will!

Precision Carpet Cleaning is a wonderful family run business and my family and I highly recommend them. We had them come to spray our couch to protect against stains. The owner, Rich, was helpful and kind and scheduling was super easy. Our couch smells great and there is no strange residue. We will definitely be using them again.

Highly recommended. Rich the owner did everything promised and more. He is self directed and seems to do the work as if it is his place. I asked if he could get some of the carpet in a bedroom and I was really impressed with how well he did. I thought some areas were too bad to salvage but it came out looking like new. Some stains will come back over time because it’s too far gone. It was nice to see things done so well.

I went with Precision Carpet Cleaning because Rich was responsive and reasonably priced. He arrived on time and did a fantastic job! I would absolutely recommend him!
