I wish I’d discovered Premier Systems sooner. Sarah and Copen are not just easy to work with, they’re fun to work with. They are so personable! When I called them I found out that most of my neighbors and many local friends had discovered them years ago. Why didn’t someone tell me? Sarah and Copen’s work quality is high. Our 20-year old Berber carpet looks amazing. Recently I spilled coffee on the carpet and wasn’t able to fully remove the stain. Sarah and Copen stopped by on their way to a job, took care of the stain, and freely shared their tips and tricks (products and techniques) with us. They’re everything you’d want in a service provider: accessable, friendly, responsive, punctual, fairly priced and easy to work with.

They did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. I loved the fact they used high powered fans while here and it really helped to dry the carpet quickly. They are so friendly and I’ll definitely be calling them again.

We have had Copen and Sarah clean our carpets in our home and our business for years and we’ve been so happy with them! They are extremely kind and personable and do great work. The carpets always look fabulous and they always reassure me that they will come back if something shows up after it dries. Don’t choose anyone else. ☺️
