American Hero was 1 of a few companies recommended to me for the rental I just moved in to. The carpets were horrendous, the stains (mostly pet) were so set in that my carpet cleaner didn’t make a difference. They still felt grimy and looked horrible and stunk after I went tried to clean them. American Hero gave a quote via FB messenger & then did an in-home official quote that was pretty close to what he quoted online. They were the best price and they were able to come a few days later. We left a few big pieces of furniture on the carpet but moved everything else. They moved some of the furniture we had to leave and cleaned around them. My dining room was 1 of the worst rooms, looked like mold along the edge of one wall… That was gone when I got home after American Hero Carpet Cleaning was there. They got almost all the stains out of all the rooms, the carpets look, feel and smell 1000 times better! (Wish I had before and after pics so you can see the improvement).

Not only did Ryan fit us in with less than 24-hours notice, he made the carpets in our new house look and smell amazing! There was a doggy smell in one room, and Ryan recommended an odor neutralizing project that so far seems to have done the trick (and that he didn’t even charge us extra for)! The price couldn’t be beat, he showed up exactly when promised and even called when he was on the way, he left our carpets barely damp to help us be able to move our furniture in more quickly, and to top it off, he is a genuinely nice, friendly person who helped infuse our stressful day with cheerfulness and calm. Oh, and he has a Broadway-quality singing voice that we got to enjoy while he cleaned. Thanks Ryan! We’ll definitely be calling you again!

Just had an excellent experience with Ryan at American Hero. Found him recommended on one of the Corvallis FB sites. He solved problems I wasn’t sure could be resolved. The home we bought had ugly ripples in the carpet throughout the living room and down a hallway. He stretched and refitted the carpet, cleaned it, and gave us a very finished look w/o having to replace any carpet. It looks great. Communicated his plan and arrival time well. Professional work. Value pricing. Call him.

Easy communication, easy payment. Showed up on time even though I wasn’t present. Took photos after the job was done and did an ADMIRABLE job on a very old carpet. I wish I didn’t have to move so far away so I could use this company every year. Highly recommend this professional service.

Ryan has cleaned our carpets for at least five years. He does a good job with reasonable prices. He’s been willing to fit in small emergency spot clean jobs too.

I highly recommend American Hero Carpet Cleaning! Our carpets always look great, Ryan is professional and affordable. He was even able to come out the next day after my son got a stain on the carpet. They were able to get it out without any permanent staining. He saved our carpet!
