Cleaned sofa and 2 chairs for my home. The dog hair was excessive because our dog is the type that constantly sheds short little bits of blond hair all the time.

Jeff was obnoxious, and extremely inappropriate while servicing my apartment complex. He literally belched and farted and was asking my residents personal questions to the point of making them lie because they felt uncomfortable around him. I will never call this company again. I’m so embarrassed at the unprofessionalism.

Jeff my service tech was great ..did an excellent job explaining thier procedures. Was efficient using his time to get me the best possible results . Was extremely happy with the carpet service ended up looking better then I expected. Very professional while still having a sense of humor …Highly recommend him for your cleaning needs …BTW for the Karen who left the poor review..I knew they couldn’t process Cards ..you know why cause they told me numerous times before making the appointment!! Anyway If you need a service give these guys a call and ask for Jeff

Very unprofessional and bad customer service. Scheduled to have my couches clean, guy came and cleaned them then gave us an invoice, tried to pay with card and the guy said they don’t take cards. So I called the office, spoke to a rude man and was told they do not take cards. I explained I was not told this when I scheduled the appointment and I needed to use a credit card and did not have cash or checks. Guy was very unprofessional and rude. Who does not take cards in this century!! Won’t be using them again or referring anyone.

We have two huskies and quite a few stains from when they were puppies. We had our living room cleaned and are very happy with how it turned out! Only took an hour, and it looks SO much better. Jeff was very kind and professional. We will definitely be using them again!

Blue Star did a great job cleaning up the cargo area of my vehicle. I had hauled leaves and got brown stains on the carpeted floor. Jeff made it look brand new again.

My 90 year old Mother fell and cut her leg ba blood all over, I tried to get it out but was not able. Called Blue Star they came the next day and got it out so so happy with them.
